Forty Eight is inspired by Twenty Four, a beloved sports app created by Jonathan Libov and Yaron Karasik (2015 – 2018). It was the first app to show the story of a basketball game as a simple, beautiful chart.
Forty Eight is an open love letter to their work. Same spirit, new era.

Forty Eight does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, and no user accounts.
Forty Eight connects to NBA.com's publicly available data feeds to display game scores, play-by-play data, and player statistics. These requests are made directly from your device to NBA.com's CDN. No data passes through any Forty Eight server.
Game data (scores, play-by-play, box scores) is cached on your device to improve performance and allow offline viewing. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
The app uses Apple's StoreKit framework for optional tip jar transactions. These are processed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy. Forty Eight does not receive or store any payment information.
Forty Eight does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
